Staging for Performance/Lectures |
|
|
Lecture Facility
The performance/lecture area
needed is ideally 20 feet wide and 12 feet deep.
Please have the stage clean, and
without visual obstruction of the stage surface. Avoid having
artwork, sets, props or music instruments in view behind the performance area.
A neutral and dark background is best.
The
audience must not be seated viewing the stage from the direct sides.
In classrooms and dance studios that have no stage, please seat the students directly on
the floor.
Stage Lighting
Theatre stage lighting must be brilliant into Cary's face, covering 20
feet wide across the center of the proscenium.
Sound
Please
provide a sound system adequate for the size of room with a CD player and a mic
(in larger theatres) with stand.
Also, please provide a technician to operate the CD player during
the performance/lecture. Mr.
Trivanovich also travels with his soundtrack on his laptop, and with
a variety of connection adaptors, which he can plug into your
portable sound system and operate himself from the performing area.
Technical Rehearsal
Please arrange for Mr.
Trivanovich an hour with sound and lighting technicians
(uninterrupted, private rehearsal) prior to performance.
