Simplified Technical Format for Performances

 

  This technical rider is designed for the optimum effectiveness of this production.  If any concerns arise, please contact Cary Trivanovich to discuss options:
 

 

TECHNICAL STAFF:

Lighting tech.
Sound/CD operator
Stage-hand
 

STAGE LIGHTING

Lekos in 1st anti-pro; lighting center stage 20' wide (gelled with Surprise Pink if possible).
Lekos in anti-pro trees (if available); lighting same.
Fresnels on Electrics; lighting same.

Special: Center white wash from anti-pro and first electrics, if possible.
 

IF PORTABLE STAGING:

 

Please provide staging, ideally 20' wide and 12' deep. The height of the stage needed is determined by the size of the audience.  Please use the following stage heights:

For an audience of up to 100:                 At least 3 feet high.
For an audience between 100 to 1000:    At least 4 feet high.
For an audience of over 1000:                At least 5 feet high.

A neutral, dark background is ideal.  Windows/mirrors in background must be covered.

The audience must not be seated viewing the stage from the direct sides.
 

SOUND:

P.A. adequate for size of room (Music audio requested to 100 db. in large auditoriums)
CD player.
Mic with stand and slip clip.
 

TECHNICAL REHEARSAL:

Please arrange for Cary 3 - 5 hours with sound and lighting technicians (uninterrupted, private rehearsal) prior to performance (above requirements pre-set before rehearsal).
